Shop gifts

Both. Shop by interest for BBQ, golf, fishing, hunting and disc golf, or by job for nurses, CNAs, electricians, mechanics, plumbers, engineers, farmers, bartenders, bookkeepers, dog groomers and customer service. New collections appear in the shop as their products go live.

The USA. Every item is printed to order by our US print partners and shipped from inside the United States.

Not at the moment. We only ship to addresses in the United States for now. If that changes, we’ll list the new countries on our Shipping page first.

Shipping is free on tees and blankets within the US. Sweatshirts and hoodies ship for $7.99 for the first plus $2.09 for each extra one of the same kind, Christmas ornaments for $5.49 for the first plus $0.70 for each extra ornament, and mugs for $6.50 for the first plus $3.00 for each extra mug. Each item type has its own shipping charge and the charges are added together, and items from different suppliers ship separately (sweatshirts and hoodies come from different print partners, so a sweatshirt and a hoodie is $7.99 + $7.99). A hoodie and a mug together is $7.99 + $6.50, and a hoodie, an ornament and a mug is $7.99 + $5.49 + $6.50. You’ll see the full total at checkout before you pay.

We don’t currently collect US sales tax. If that changes, any tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Each item is made just for you after you order. Production usually takes 3–7 business days, then your order ships from inside the USA and US delivery is typically 2–5 business days. More details are on our Shipping page.

Order by Friday, December 4, 2026 for delivery to a US address by December 24. Every item is made to order (usually 3–7 business days) and then shipped inside the USA (typically 2–5 business days). Carriers get busier in December, so we’ve allowed a couple of extra days. Orders placed after December 4 may still arrive in time, but we can’t promise it.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or not as described, we’ll replace it or refund you, with no need to send it back. Just email hello@truweli.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Please check your size with the size guide before ordering. If you want to cancel for another reason, our Returns and Refunds page explains how cancelling works, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We don’t do exchanges.

We’ll put it right at no cost to you, with no need to send it back. Email hello@truweli.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer where the law gives you that choice. If a fault shows up later, still tell us: your legal rights continue.

Yes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (through WooPayments) and PayPal. Depending on your device and order, you can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna or Afterpay. You’ll see the options at checkout before you pay. We don’t see or store your full card details.
