Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. If we start shipping to other countries, we’ll list them here first.
Made to order
Every tee, sweatshirt, hoodie, blanket, mug and Christmas ornament is printed just for you after you order, then shipped from inside the USA by our US print partners.
Production usually takes 3–7 business days before your order ships.
If we haven’t agreed a delivery date with you, we’ll deliver without undue delay and within 30 days.
If your order includes more than one item, the items may be printed in different places and arrive in separate packages.
Shipping costs
- Tees and blankets: free US shipping.
- Sweatshirts and hoodies: $7.99 US shipping for the first one, plus $2.09 for each extra one of the same kind. Sweatshirts and hoodies are made by different print partners and ship separately, so each is charged on its own: a sweatshirt and a hoodie is $7.99 + $7.99 = $15.98.
- Christmas ornaments: $5.49 US shipping for the first ornament, plus $0.70 for each extra ornament.
- Mugs: $6.50 US shipping for the first mug, plus $3.00 for each extra mug.
- Delivery: production usually takes 3–7 business days, then US transit is typically 2–5 business days.
- Buying more than one item? Each item type has its own shipping charge and the charges are added together: hoodies $7.99 for the first plus $2.09 for each extra, sweatshirts $7.99 for the first plus $2.09 for each extra, Christmas ornaments $5.49 for the first plus $0.70 for each extra, mugs $6.50 for the first plus $3.00 for each extra, and tees and blankets always free. Items from different suppliers ship separately. For example, two hoodies are $7.99 + $2.09 = $10.08; a sweatshirt and a hoodie is $7.99 + $7.99 = $15.98; a hoodie and a mug is $7.99 + $6.50 = $14.49; two ornaments are $5.49 + $0.70 = $6.19; a hoodie, an ornament and a mug is $7.99 + $5.49 + $6.50 = $19.98; two mugs and a tee is $6.50 + $3.00 = $9.50.
Christmas 2026: order by Friday, December 4 for delivery to a US address by December 24. That allows for production (3–7 business days), US transit (2–5 business days) and a couple of extra days for busy December carriers.
Prices are in US dollars. You’ll see the full cost of your order, including any shipping, at checkout before you pay. We don’t currently collect US sales tax. If that changes, any tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
Why is our address in the UK?
Truweli is run by Mark Pearson from County Durham in the UK, so that is the business address you see in our footer and policies. Your order is not shipped from the UK: every item is printed and shipped by our print partners inside the USA, so US orders have no import duties or customs fees.
Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email hello@truweli.com as soon as possible. Orders go into production quickly, so we can’t promise to change an address once your order is being made, but we’ll do our best.
Late, lost or missing parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, or tracking shows no movement for 10 days, email hello@truweli.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
Your order stays our responsibility until it reaches you, or someone you’ve nominated to receive it.
Returns
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or not as described, we’ll replace it or refund you, with no need to send it back. Just email hello@truweli.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Please check your size with the size guide before ordering. If you want to cancel for another reason, our Returns and Refunds page explains how cancelling works, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
