Morning coffee hits different after a night on a flat sleeping pad, and this coffee mug knows it. One side carries the CAMPING dictionary entry in orange and navy, sweet synonyms first and the truth last, a sleeping pad that was full of air at 10 p.m., with the deflated pad drawn over a log underneath. First coffee, sore back.

Whoever makes the coffee at the campsite and complains about the pad while it brews should have this. It suits a birthday, a Christmas stocking or a thank-you to the trip organizer. Hot mug, cold ground. The tent stayed up, at least.
